DC’s premiere sporting and social event has returned to the Mall

A 100-year-old tradition has returned to the National Mall. Over the last six years, The District Cup has become a signature Washington DC sporting, social and cultural event – drawing young professionals, Diplomats, Members of Congress, C-Suite executives, and more to the National Mall to experience world-class horsemanship at a historic venue.

This year’s theme is “Polo Passport”—allowing guests to enjoy culinary, cultural, and sporting experiences from different countries around the world. Escape the crowded DC bars to enjoy culinary delights and sip champagne only feet from the action at The District Cup polo tournament on the National Mall.

Travel the World of Polo with Polo Passport:

Enjoy culinary, cultural, and sporting experiences from different countries around the world with this year’s theme, “Polo Passport”. The District Cup showcases the sport’s worldly roots by taking you on a journey to Polo “meccas” around the world. In the Polo Pavilion, guests will use their “Polo Passport” to travel to cultural exhibitions hosted by different countries that will offer culinary, cultural, and sporting experiences.
